Demand research and customisation
Starting from the receipt of the customer's inquiry, we will assign a dedicated account manager to work on the whole process and sort out the details of the demand through the standardised ‘Customised Demand Analysis Form’, which covers the material of the mop head, the structure of the pole body and the customised requirements of the packaging, and the logistics and delivery methods. Based on the customer's requirements, the team will calculate the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and ladder quotation scheme within 24 hours to ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency, laying a precise foundation for subsequent cooperation.
Sample Confirmation and Process Verification
After the programme is confirmed, the Rapid Prototyping Workshop will start sample production on a priority basis. Customers can observe the production line through video inspection or come to the factory for inspection. Samples are sent with the promise that the quality of the quantity products will not be lower than the sample standard, realising the closed loop of reliability from samples to real objects.
Flexible Production Management
After the official launch of production, the ERP system intelligently schedules production to ensure the priority of orders, and the workshop implements the ‘five quality gates’ control: from the verification of raw materials into the warehouse, sampling inspection of semi-finished products, full inspection of the assembly process, to the final inspection of the finished product before shipment. Customers can receive graphic/video production progress reports and support third-party organisations (e.g. SGS, BV) to inspect goods in the factory, ensuring transparency and traceability of the production process.
Logistics Delivery
According to the customer's requirements to choose the logistics to send, such as no designated logistics, we will arrange the co-operation of logistics for delivery, to ensure that the delivery within the specified time. Real-time synchronisation of cargo orientation during logistics transport.
