Removing Hair from Mop Heads — “Dry Scraping + Lint Roller,” Say Goodbye to Hair Tangles
Pet households or people with long hair often find mop heads easily tangled with hair, making cleaning difficult.
Before mopping, first use a dry mop to “dry scrape” the floor once (hair will stick to the mop head surface instead of tangling in the fibers);
After mopping, repeatedly press a lint roller (or tape) over the mop head to remove hair. Then wash the mop head without manually pulling out hair.
If hair is already tangled, soak the mop head in warm water for 5 minutes to loosen hair, then comb it out.
Choose a “hair-friendly” mop head (like the flat-weave microfiber type), which is less prone to hair tangling than plush options.
